Going live

In preparation for going live, we’ll provide you with adequate training so that you feel comfortable and in control of your ecommerce store.

Once you’ve given us the thumbs up, we’ll move your website from staging to a live environment.

It’s common to have some learning curves once you go live, so that’s why all our plans include two weeks of post-live support (except for growth, which is ongoing) in case you have any problems. And it’s  because we want to make setting up a webstore easy!
